“I rather should have done……”

“Argh! I can’t believe I did………!”

We all know that sting of regret when the answers to what your actions should have been are SO obvious…. 5 minutes after you made the wrong decision.

Your life is a collection of past moves.

Maybe you didn’t hold your tongue when you needed to, and now you are estranged from someone you love.

Perhaps you didn’t have the perfect comeback for that little snot at work.

Maybe you went drinking with friends the night before a big meeting, and now your bosses think you are a boozehound.

These are all things we want to kick ourselves for. We all have had that moment of: “Duh! Obviously, you should not have done that! Stupid stupid stupid!"

Unfortunately, Hindsight comes with a sting of regret. But don’t fret, my dear. To err is human. And you are, after all, gloriously human. 🍃
